To identify and approach potential customers to promote company products.

To visit New/ Existing Clients regularly,

Maintain and develop strong relationships.

To negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.

To meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales.

To prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback.

To coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer support.

To handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

To assist BM/BDM in sales and marketing activities.

To assist BM/BDM in the execution of exhibition preparations, trade shows, and promotional events

To execute the sales activities, tours, and field visits as per Sales Planning and suspecting prospecting of the potential leads (Distributors/ Dealers / Retailers / Modern Trade Channels Partners) of the Assigned area.

To take feedback from the clients regarding the products and services.
To provide the information to the BM/ BDM.

To perform day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

To maintain the daily activity reports (in CRM / WhatsApp).

14

To maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking, and perform documentation.

15

To manage facility-related activities like housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.

16

To maintain company policies and ethics, wellness habits, preserve and nurture the culture of the organization.

To maintain data confidentiality.

18

To act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take on emergent responsibilities.

19

To act according to the company's HR policies, rules, and regulations.

Requirements


1

Education

Graduate

Master's (Sales & Marketing Preferred)

2

Experience

Min. 3-5 years (Manufacturing/ Production Industry preferred)

(Sales activities preferred)

3

Technical (Software) Skills

Understanding of the Technical specifications of the Products,

Proficiency in CRM, negotiation, and strategic planning

Good knowledge of MS Office, Emails, and WhatsApp

Team Development, Target Completion, Market Knowledge, Market Study

4

Interpersonal Skills

Good Communication Skills, Customer negotiation and relationship management, Teamwork Abilities, Ability to handle project deadlines & customer interactions, Self-Driven

Salary (CTC)

As Per Industry Standards

Others

NDA agreement will be signed at the time of Joining

Additional Requirement

Own vehicle and a valid driving license (Mandatory)
