Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role. The Senior HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. Responsibilities also include implementing HR strategies, maintaining HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources principles, employment laws, and labor regulations
• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and managing employee lifecycle activities
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Ability to develop and implement training and development programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in HR software systems and tools is preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
