GradRight, a Delaware, USA registered company, operates with a wholly-owned subsidiary in India. The ideal candidate for this role will possess comprehensive experience in various areas within the human resources field. They will be responsible for efficiently onboarding new candidates, gathering essential background information, and providing support to existing employees. Working closely with management, this candidate will conduct employee training sessions and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement. **Employee Onboarding:** - Coordinate the onboarding procedures for new team members, which includes: - Completion of documentation and joining formalities such as signing HR Manuals, HR Policies, and Non-disclosure agreements - Provision of laptops, email addresses, workspaces, and Slack set-up - Introduction to team members and leads - Induction on critical contract terms and policies - Updating employee details on HRMS and other MISs utilized by the Talent Function - Informing finance and accounts about new hires, their compensation, and incentive details - Handing over signed documents to the compliance team **Employee Off-boarding:** - Organize the off-boarding processes for departing team members, including: - Completion of exit formalities and documentation like exit forms, NOCs from various departments, and compliance-related paperwork - Collecting laptops, transferring data, and canceling email addresses and Slack IDs - Updating HRMs and MISs accordingly **Appraisals:** - Generate monthly reports and assist in the organization's appraisal process - Compile appraisal results and seek approvals from team leads **Policies and Systems:** - Ensure the implementation and adherence to human resource policies and processes across all functions - Address any discrepancies to employees or team leads as necessary - Offer support to employees in understanding and utilizing leaves and benefits transparently **Employee Engagement:** - Spearhead and execute innovative team-building activities - Develop and implement communication, events, and engagement plans with team members.,
