Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR activities, managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, salary processing and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong HR management experience, including recruitment, training, performance management Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in developing HR policies and procedures Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Ability to benchmark prevailing compensations and tune bands within organisation Show more Show less
