  • Talent Management Oversee talent programs to ensure the unit has the right people in the right roles
  • Employee Engagement and Retention Incubate a positive work environment promote employee engagement and develop strategies to retain top talent
  • Stakeholder Engagement Ability to connect with highest level of business hierarchy on critical interventions and business decisions
  • HR Subject Matter Expertise Exhibit thought leadership and expertise in co-building people solutions and is trusted advisor to unit leadership on key talent strategies and execution model
  • Coaching Coach business Managers in effective people skills Set up HR teams for success
  • HR Operations Day to day HR delivery that drive execution excellence
  • Performance Management Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Compensation and Benefits Administer compensation and benefits programs that attract retain and motivate employees
  • Employee Relations Manage employee relations including conflict resolution grievance handling and disciplinary actions
  • HR Operations Oversee day to day HR operations including HR systems processes and analytics
  • HR MIS Adopt AI and analytic tools for data driven decisions and visualization
  • HR Compliance These are responsibilities that ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
