Job Description: Handling the on boarding formalities for your division. Handling Employee Database Single point of contact for Functional leaders for providing expertise and guidance in the areas of policies, performance management etc. Effectively communicate HR policies and processes to employees and ensure employees adhere to them. Develop and execute HR strategy for the respective function. Effectively execute key HR Programs and initiatives in your division in alignment with HR and business requirements. Ensure to send employee communication mailers on events and some announcements/information. Ensure and administer warning letters on grounds of disciplinary issues/performance Ensure effective employee relations and attrition management by monitoring and strategizing control measures for attrition control in the business unit. To ensure staff communication and relations by managing grievances, two-way channel of communication, creating a climate and culture of belonging and loyalty. Effective handling of employee grievances (performance grievance and issues with reporting manager) and taking necessary action to take it to closure. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issues Independently perform day-to-day activities to meet Team objectives. Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports and databases. Analyze trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies. Respond to routine questions on Human Resource policies and procedures and identify potential issues raised by organization employees and people managers Handle Audit & compliance issues. Conducting Exit-Interviews Keeping a track on employee confirmation letters Managing staff wellness initiatives. Attrition analysis and implementation of Early Warning System Suggest new HR strategies, policies, and agenda for continuous improvement. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Build a strong business relationship with the line management. Take lead for the deployment of HR initiatives Track skip level meetings for the teams and ensure closure of actions that comes out of these meetings Carry out the regular employee connect meetings. Track EWS inputs from teams and organise for 1-2-1 meetings with employees highlighted as flight risk.
