Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing profiles from various job portals, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
Fulfilling clients' hiring needs and building a robust talent pipeline through innovative methods.
Ensure candidate alignment by following up for documentation, negotiating salaries, coordinating until offers are rolled out, and convincing candidates to join within the desired timeline.
Prepare comprehensive reports by maintaining systematic candidate databases and meeting targets set by the reporting manager
