We're seeking a talented and driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Madhapur , Hyderabad. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy.

Job Details:

- Full-time opportunity

- General Shifts (Monday to Friday)

- Location: Madhapur , Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Non-IT roles

- Source, screen, and shortlist top talent from various channels

- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

- Coordinate interviews with department managers

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

- Manage onboarding formalities and documentation

- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

- Support day-to-day HR operations

Who We're Looking For:

- Graduate in any discipline

- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Hiring / Non-IT Recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Required Skills:

- Experience with recruitment software/tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
