Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter – RCM Industry
Location: Mohali, quark city
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience recruiting in the RCM space to join our team and help us scale rapidly with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for RCM roles including charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, and medical billing.
• Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department leads to understand evolving staffing needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment specifically in the RCM/Healthcare BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of RCM functions and required skill sets (charge entry, AR, billing, etc.).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for US healthcare clients.
• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring targets.
