Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Operations:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level and office-level roles

* Conduct strategy meetings with Business Development Managers

* Execute candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

* Negotiate salaries and finalize offers for staff at all levels

* Supervise and mentor junior recruiters and the recruitment team

* Maintain compliance in recruitment documentation and processes

* Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers

* Systems & Process Development:

* Develop and maintain recruitment SOPs, tools, and best practices

* Implement and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

* Conduct training for hiring managers on recruitment and onboarding

* Create and manage recruitment templates, forms, and manuals

* Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategies and systems

Candidate Relations & Communication:

* Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates

* Represent the company at job fairs and networking events

* Ensure positive candidate experience through timely communication

* Manage external recruitment vendors and agreements

* Business Development Support:

* Lead recruitment strategy for proposal teams

* Identify talent for upcoming proposals and organizational needs

* Maintain communication with proposed candidates during bidding and after award

(Optional) HR Generalist Support:

* Assist in personnel file maintenance and benefits administration

* Support HR policy development and compliance with legal standards

* Provide guidance on HR procedures and staff transitions

What Were Looking For:

* Master's in Human Resources or related field

* 3+ years experience in a senior recruiting role, preferably in retail

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Willingness to travel for recruitment assignments

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Fluent in English; other languages a plus

* Knowledge of employment compliance and best practices

* Experience with ATS/CRM software
