Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Senior HR Recruiter to work collaboratively with our Operations and Support Team. You will be responsible for understanding our recruitment needs and the essentials of the staffing industry while managing the complete recruitment cycle. We are looking for a decision-maker with strong communication skills and analytical ability to recognize the best candidates from the pool and attract applicants for relevant job positions. Your job will be to develop a successful and attractive recruitment strategy, produce job descriptions, and curate AI-free specifications. Roles and Responsibilities: Proactively source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.). Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Organize and participate in in-depth interviews (either in person or virtually). Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience. Ensure the smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. Mentor and train junior recruiters, sharing best practices and strategies. Communicate job expectations clearly and professionally, ensuring transparency throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and company culture. Advise hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices.
