Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter from a consultancy background who has strong expertise in bulk hiring for Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, hands-on with end-to-end recruitment, and capable of managing high-volume hiring requirements within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring for Non-IT positions (BPO, Sales, Field Staff, Manufacturing, Operations, Tele calling, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and closures
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
• Coordinate with clients/internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Ensure joining & post-joining follow-ups
• Guide and support junior recruiters, if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter (Consultancy background mandatory)
• Proven experience in Non-IT bulk hiring
• Strong knowledge of high-volume recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS
• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
