We are seeking a experienced Senior HR Recruiter specializing in non-medical technical recruitment in gcc countryes . The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring skilled professionals such as plumbers, engineers, electricians, technicians, and other technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for technical and skilled trade positions
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates from various platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage candidate database and recruitment pipeline
Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals
Negotiate salary packages and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates
Ensure timely closure of positions based on business needs
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical/non-medical recruitment
Hands-on experience hiring plumbers, engineers, technicians, electricians, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri,
