Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: 2–4 Years Industry: NBFC / BFSI / Fintech Location: As per requirement Job Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions across functions. Handle bulk hiring requirements along with lateral hiring (approximately 20%). Plan and execute monthly hiring targets, ensuring timely closures as per business needs. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors. Coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors to ensure quality sourcing and timely fulfillment of positions. Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview processes. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports on a regular basis. Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with current and future business needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Requirements & Skills 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in NBFC / BFSI / Fintech sectors. Proven experience in bulk hiring, tele-caller hiring, and field role hiring. Strong vendor management and coordination skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet hiring deadlines. Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Basic knowledge of HR operations will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline MBA in HR preferred
