Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for IT positions across the United States. This role requires strong communication, networking, sales, target-driven, and sourcing skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, US-based staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the company's requirements and market expectations for different positions.

Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

Maintain and update candidate information in the Database.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

Requirements:

Experience: 0–1 years in recruitment (Staffing or Consulting).

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive, target-driven, and a team player.
