Senior HR Manager

As a Senior Human Resources Manager at our hospitality group, your role involves leading and overseeing HR operations for over 400 employees across various departments and locations. Your responsibilities include driving people strategy, ensuring compliance, strengthening organizational culture, and leading talent development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the company's mission, culture, and growth plans - Drive organizational development initiatives for operational efficiency and employee satisfaction - Serve as the key advisor to senior leadership on HR and workforce-related matters - Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels and create long-term manpower planning - Oversee induction and onboarding processes for seamless integration of new hires - Build strong pipelines for seasonal and peak-season hiring - Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment - Implement employee engagement programs and culture-building activities - Oversee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management fairly - Create comprehensive training calendars across hospitality functions - Identify training needs and performance gaps in collaboration with department heads - Manage staff development plans, mentorship programs, and succession planning - Lead annual and quarterly performance review cycles - Design KPIs, appraisal frameworks, and promotion guidelines tailored to hospitality operations - Coach managers on performance conversations and team management - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, audits, workplace safety norms - Implement HRMS/HRIS systems to streamline operations - Ensure a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace - Drive POSH committee activities and awareness training - Support accommodation, transport, health & safety, and welfare needs of staff Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related field (preferred) - Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related domain (mandatory) - Certifications in HR, labor law, L&D, or organizational development are an added advantage - Minimum 7-10 years of HR management experience, with at least 3-5 years in hospitality or a similar service-led industry As a Senior HR Manager, you must possess strong knowledge of hospitality operations and workforce dynamics, excellent communication and conflict-solving skills, deep understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance, strong leadership and team management abilities, strategic thinking with hands-on operational capability, high emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
