Senior HR Manager

As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve supporting and managing various human resources functions to ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation. - Supporting conflict resolution and helping maintain a positive work environment. - Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Assisting with audits and preparation of HR reports. - Supporting the performance appraisal process and monitoring probation periods and employee performance reviews. - Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and tracking employee development and training effectiveness. - Keeping up-to-date with market compensation trends and HR best practices. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 7 years of experience in HR or a similar role. - Knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Office (especially Excel). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
