Your Role as HR Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant with fluent spoken English and strong IT skills, who can design and implement high-performance HR systems for a fast-scaling group. You will work directly with the senior management team to build structured processes and a scalable team culture aligned with FLG's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Performance Appraisal Systems (KRA/KPI-based)
• Build structured HR SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Establish smooth onboarding, training, and remote team management workflows
• Support cross-border HR operations (India, UK, Philippines)
• Guide integration of HR with tools on CRM
• Develop and manage employee lifecycle systems, from hiring to exit
• Train internal teams on HR reporting, compliance, and communication systems
• Recommend and implement improvements based on HR audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, business partnering, or senior HR generalist roles
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory (international client interaction involved)
• Strong IT skills and comfort with tools like Excel, CRM/HRMS platforms, cloud apps, etc.
• Experience with global or remote teams is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and proactive communication
