Job Title: HR Manager – Placement Location: Ambawadi, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager – Placement to lead our talent placement and recruitment initiatives. This role involves developing strong relationships with employers, identifying placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring successful candidate placements. Ideal for individuals with a passion for career development, corporate relations, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:Employer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry stakeholders. Identify new placement opportunities across various industries and job roles. Organize company visits, MoUs, and campus hiring programs. Placement Coordination: Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events (on-campus and virtual). Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs. Match candidates to appropriate job roles based on skills, qualifications, and career goals. Student/Candidate Support (if in an academic or training setting): Conduct career counseling sessions, resume workshops, mock interviews, and soft skills training. Maintain student placement records and track job offers, joining dates, and feedback. HR & Administrative Duties: Collaborate with internal HR teams to align placement activities with company policies. Generate regular reports on placement performance, hiring trends, and recruiter feedback. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment guidelines. Marketing & Communication: Promote placement services via email campaigns, social media, and job portals. Develop placement brochures, success stories, and promotional materials. Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement coordination, or talent acquisition. Skills: Strong networking and relationship management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HRMS tools Organizational and event management capabilities Ability to multitask and meet placement targets Preferred Experience (if applicable):Prior experience in campus recruitment, ed-tech, or a placement consultancy. Familiarity with industry trends in hiring and talent management.
