Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.
• Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that the company complies with employment laws and regulations.
• Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and handling other administrative tasks.
• Training and Development: Coordinating training programs and development opportunities for employees.
• HR Strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key HR metrics and providing reports to management.

Skills Required:

• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving HR-related issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
