Job Description

Experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage core human resources functions and support our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance, preferably within a regional or multi-location setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels in Kerala.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for local teams.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit formalities.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance review systems and appraisals.
  • Guide managers and employees through performance processes.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and applicable Kerala state regulations.
  • Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, and related statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with government departments and labor authorities as required.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and local Kerala employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools (Odoo).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage a culturally diverse workforce across locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in HR roles, preferably in mid-sized or large organizations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
