Job Description

The job involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and handling documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and ID cards. Additionally, you will coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication, as well as handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and support a healthy work environment. Furthermore, you will assist in performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory, and a strong understanding of HR processes and Indian labor law compliance is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality, are required. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
