Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Drive the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and structured onboarding experience.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll data, leaves, attendance, and exit formalities.
• Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy adherence.
• Employee Engagement & Experience
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and help build a positive workplace culture.
• Support grievance handling with empathy and professionalism.
• Performance & Policy Management
• Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems.
• Facilitate appraisal cycles and help track employee performance goals.
• Review, update, and communicate company HR policies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions (especially recruitment and operations)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
