Senior HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and transactional support to the onshore team and employees. Your role will involve supporting the onsite HR team based in the UAE on select processes, as well as guiding, coaching, and assisting employees. Your key responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to the RM/HR Executive, managing HR work requests, queries, and transactions via the ticketing system, handling end-to-end HR back-office processes including onboarding, and ensuring accurate updates to the HRMS database. You will be responsible for accurately processing employee data changes, maintaining employee information in the HRMS, handling queries related to onboarding, exits, cancellations, and portal-related issues, and generating reports/MIS as required. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR/Admin support/Operations/Customer Service in a similar industry. A Graduation/PG degree (MBA HR) in any discipline is required. You should possess good exposure to MS Office tools, experience working in International BPO/Operations/HRSS/Recruitment, quick learning skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow procedures and comply with processes. Prior exposure to HRMS/Learning tools and communication excellence will be beneficial. You will be based in Ernakulam and the job is full-time with a 5-day work week. The working schedule will be during the day shift and the work location is in person.
