Senior HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at Praella, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end recruitment, designing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration for new hires and gathering insights from exit interviews to enhance retention strategies. Your responsibilities will also include implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, collaborating with managers on performance improvement plans, and analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and confidentially. By fostering a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and promoting company culture and values, you will contribute to a harmonious workplace. Addressing and resolving grievances by investigating thoroughly, adhering to policies and legal standards, and providing recommendations will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will assist in developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance on employee benefits, and managing related administrative tasks. Ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures, and managing employee records and HR documentation by legal requirements will be essential in this role. You will be expected to develop and standardize HR processes and procedures for consistency and compliance while maintaining accurate and organized employee records and documentation. Analyzing HR metrics, providing reports to senior management to inform decision-making, and using data-driven insights to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will supervise and mentor the HR team, provide guidance and support for their development, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative team environment. A strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations.
