You are a Web Designer with 2-5 years of experience in professional software development, and you have the opportunity to join Praella, a Webby-winning agency and a Shopify Plus partner. As a Web Designer at Praella, your role will involve creating responsive HTML using technologies such as HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap/SCSS. You will be responsible for producing perfect pixel mockups for web output, ensuring the HTML is compatible across various browsers and devices. Clear understanding of project requirements provided in English, coordination with team leaders and project managers, and collaboration with team members when necessary are key aspects of the role. You will also be expected to stay updated on new technology trends and assist junior team members when needed. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in converting designs from PSD/XD/Figma to HTML, have knowledge of pixel-perfect adjustment, and be familiar with Bootstrap and responsive web design principles. Additionally, having a decent understanding of JavaScript, excellent visual design skills, and awareness of the latest UI trends and technologies are advantageous. Experience with version control systems like GIT and the ability to communicate effectively and solve problems are essential skills.
