Senior HR Executive

The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing and improving HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, driving employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s talent management goals. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and negotiate offers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and team feedback sessions.

3. Performance Management

• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and assist in setting KRAs/KPIs.
• Support managers in performance improvement plans.
• Track and report employee performance trends to management.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Draft and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Manage employee benefits, insurance, and claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
