The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, overseeing recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting a healthy and productive work environment. This role is critical in shaping company culture, improving employee satisfaction, and ensuring regulatory compliance. ⸻ Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Payroll Management: • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. • Handle salary disbursements, tax calculations, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, etc.). • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and resolve discrepancies, if any. • Employee Recruitment: • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. • Draft job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. • Candidate Performance Tracking: • Maintain and update records of candidate performance post-hiring. • Monitor probation periods and provide regular feedback reports to management. • Collaborate with team leads to evaluate performance and training needs. • Employee Relations and Engagement: • Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities. • Address grievances and mediate workplace conflicts professionally. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. • HR Policies & Compliance: • Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals and labor laws. • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards. • Maintain and safeguard confidential employee information. • Training & Development: • Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions for employee upskilling. • Work with management to develop career growth paths

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in financial services.
