Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to acquire clients for Demat accounts and margin collection. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of the stock market, strong numerical and calculation skills, and a proactive sales approach. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate leads and acquire new clients for Demat accounts and margin trading. Pitch financial products and services to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations. Guide clients through the account opening process and assist them with documentation and compliance requirements. Educate clients about margin collection processes, trading tools, and stock market basics. Maintain strong follow-up and ensure high conversion rates. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring business. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Maintain and update client data and reports accurately using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration). Experience: 0–2 years in financial sales or stockbroking (Freshers with stock market knowledge may also apply). Basic understanding of stock market concepts, trading, and demat account functionality. Strong calculation and analytical skills to explain margin requirements and returns. Sharp mind, quick learner, and ability to grasp new products and trading mechanisms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure. Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) or Series-VII (Securities Operations) certification.
