Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end HR operations

    including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exit formalities.
  • Handle

    manpower planning and hiring

    for multiple departments Radiology, Laboratory, Marketing, Front Office, and Support Staff.
  • Develop and implement

    HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks

    to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Oversee

    employee relations, engagement programs, and welfare activities

    to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Ensure

    compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and ESI/PF documentation

    .
  • Maintain accurate records for

    attendance, leave management, and performance tracking

    .
  • Coordinate

    training, skill enhancement, and appraisal processes

    for all employees.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring

    effective communication and conflict resolution

    .
  • Support top management in

    strategic HR planning, retention strategies, and organizational development

    .
  • Prepare

    monthly HR reports

    covering manpower status, attrition, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with

    accounts and admin teams

    for salary disbursement and benefits administration.
  • Uphold

    company values, ethical standards, and confidentiality

    in all HR matters.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    5 to 8 years of experience

    in HR operations, preferably in

    Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Hospital industry

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    HR policies, labour laws, and documentation practices

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    HRMS / attendance & payroll software

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

    .
  • Ability to handle

    multitasking, team coordination, and confidential information

    professionally.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a

    fast-paced work environment

    .
  • Candidates

    residing in or willing to relocate to Hosur

    will be given preference.
