Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources operations. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Manage the performance appraisal process including KPI/KRA setting and reviews.
• Identify and implement training & development programs.
• Oversee HR operations such as attendance, and HRIS management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Act as an advisor to management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Resolve employee issues and manage grievance redressal processes.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of HR generalist experience across multiple HR domains.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage operations effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
