About Us

Qualicentric ITES Private Limited is an offshore financial consulting firm providing accounting, FP&A, and RCM services to small and mid-sized firms in the USA. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled HR professional to drive talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on finance and accounting roles.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
  • Act as an HR business partner, supporting leadership in team structuring and growth.
  • Develop strategies for retention, training, and succession planning.


Who Should Apply?

  • 4-10 years of HR experience, preferably in financial consulting, FP&A, or offshore services.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, talent management, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and analytics-driven HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
