Role Overview -

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a lead role in conceptualizing and executing brand-first design projects—from logos to full identity systems. You’ll collaborate with strategy, copy, and creative teams to craft visually powerful narratives that elevate brands. If you breathe design, obsess over details, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, this is your canvas.

Key Responsibilities :

. Lead and execute creative projects from concept to delivery across branding, print, and digital.

. Design and develop compelling brand identities including logos, visual systems, packaging, and style guides.

. Collaborate with strategy teams to translate brand positioning into visual language.

. Present design ideas and concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.

. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.

. Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and creative quality.

. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry innovations.

What We’re Looking For :

. 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative/design agency setting.

. A strong portfolio showcasing branding work including logos, typography, color systems, and identity applications.

. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Bonus if you know Figma, After Effects, or 3D tools.

. Outstanding visual design skills and attention to detail.

. Ability to think strategically and translate abstract ideas into cohesive visuals.

. Strong communication and presentation skills.

. A passion for design thinking, storytelling, and innovation.

Nice to Have :

. Experience working with premium, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

. Knowledge of motion graphics, illustration, or photography direction.

. Understanding of UI/UX basics for web or app design.

. Knowledge of Generative AI
