Key Responsibilities

Brand Creation & Design

  • Develop complete brand identity systems including logos, typography, color palettes, patterns, icons, and visual language.
  • Conduct brand discovery sessions to understand the business vision, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Create layout designs and visual assets for brochures, menus, brand books, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive brand guidelines/manuals to ensure consistent identity application across all touchpoints.
  • Work on brand collateral such as stationery, packaging, signage, and merchandise.
  • Present concepts to clients with strong storytelling and design rationale.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand identity translates effectively into campaigns and digital platforms.


Sprint & Workflow Management

  • Plan branding project phases from research and moodboarding to concept creation and final delivery.
  • Break complex branding projects into clear milestones (research, logo concepts, revisions, guidelines).
  • Track and update project progress in tools like Zoho Projects.
  • Maintain timelines for each project, ensuring on-time delivery ahead of launch deadlines.
  • Coordinate with print vendors, developers, or third-party partners to ensure outputs meet approved brand standards.


Quality Control

  • Review all brand elements for consistency and alignment before delivery.
  • Ensure logos and assets are scalable, legible, and adaptable across formats.
  • Deliver correct file formats including vector, raster, transparent, and monochrome versions.
  • Verify brand application through mockups and real-world scenarios.
  • Maintain a structured archive of all brand project files for future reference.


What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Mastery in logo design, typography pairing, and hierarchy.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, balance, proportion, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate abstract brand strategy into memorable visual identities.
  • Skilled in moodboarding, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and digital asset preparation.
  • Ability to create scalable, comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Understanding of cultural and market-specific design nuances.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Sora for ideation and mockups.

  • Brand strategy frameworks and competitive analysis methods.
  • Visual identity trends and timeless design principles.
  • Printing processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Digital asset specifications for various platforms.
