Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our in-house creative team at our Noida office, who can translate client briefs into intuitive, visually compelling, and user-first designs for websites, web apps, and mobile applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end UI/UX design execution—from research and wireframing to prototyping and quality assurance while collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

• Design intuitive and visually compelling UI for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Translate client briefs into wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create responsive designs optimised for multiple devices and platforms.
• Build, maintain, and deliver design systems and component libraries.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and client feedback.

Sprint & Workflow Management

• Plan UI/UX design tasks within sprint cycles and deliver within timelines.
• Update progress on design tickets in Zoho Projects or similar tools.
• Coordinate with the development team during handoff and implementation.
• Perform QA checks on implemented designs for pixel-perfection and functionality.
• Document feedback and changes for smooth communication with the development team.

Skills Required

• Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop for supporting visual work.
• Strong understanding of layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and typography.
• Skilled in responsive design across breakpoints, including Auto-Layout in Figma.
• Familiar with UI components, accessibility principles, and interaction design.
• Capable of creating low-fi wireframes and high-fi mockups.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for UX copy and idea generation.
• Able to think in systems and build scalable design libraries.
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for alignment, spacing, and usability.

Quality Control

• Review designs before delivery for UX flow, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Ensure design-to-dev handoff includes specifications, interactions, and assets.
• Test final implementation and flag discrepancies between design and output.
• Maintain proper versioning, file structure, and backup of all design files.
