The Challenge
We’re looking for a world-class Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into visually stunning, emotionally charged designs that people remember.
You’ll be designing creatives that are seen by lakhs of entrepreneurs across India — on webinars, social media, websites, and digital courses.
Your designs won’t just look good — they’ll educate, convert, and inspire.
Your Core Responsibilities
Design for Impact
Create scroll-stopping designs for social media, ads, landing pages, WhatsApp creatives, and emailers.
Use visual hierarchy, typography, and storytelling to evoke emotion and drive clarity.
Brand Identity & Consistency
Maintain MDP’s premium aesthetic — bold typography, clean layouts, and gold-white-navy palette.
Evolve the visual identity as we expand across brands, programs, and industries.
Creative Storytelling
Convert Vishal’s words and hooks into powerful visual messages.
Understand human emotions and business pain points to design creatives that speak directly to our audience.
Collaboration & Speed
Work closely with the content, video, and ads team to deliver assets quickly.
Manage multiple design projects with clear deadlines and feedback loops.
Trend Awareness
Stay ahead of design, color, and marketing trends across Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
Continuously innovate using motion design, infographics, or carousel storytelling.

Technical RequirementsExpert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro (bonus: Figma or After Effects).
Strong grasp of composition, typography, contrast, and storytelling through design.
Experience designing for ads, landing pages, social media, and brand identity.
Ability to create templates and systems that improve team design efficiency.
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (Ideogram, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc.).
Experience & Education 2–4 years of professional experience in digital design.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand-level consistency and emotionally engaging work.
Prior experience working with coaching, D2C, or education brands is a big plus.
Performance KPIs Engagement and conversion rates on visual campaigns.
Brand consistency and storytelling impact across platforms.
Delivery speed without loss of quality.
Innovation in creative approach (new layouts, visual hooks, motion integration).
Compensation💼 ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Depending on skill & portfolio strength)
