  that hook in 3 seconds.
• Edit

  long-form YouTube videos

  with storytelling & captions.
• Create

  high-performing ad edits

  for Facebook & YouTube.
• Add

  captions, music, B-rolls, emotion — not just effects.

• Maintain brand consistency

  (fonts, tone, pacing, intros/outros).
• Repurpose long videos into 5–10 viral short clips.
• Use

  AI tools

  (OpusClip, Runway, Descript, CapCut AI etc.) for speed.
• Keep drives organised & deliver on tight deadlines.

🎥 CapCut (Pro/Desktop)

🎞 Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

🖌 Canva (for titles & graphics)

🤖 AI Tools like OpusClip / Runway / Descript (plus point)

📂 Google Drive & Sheets (for workflow tracking)

  Edits for emotion + story flow.

• Fast & Disciplined:

  3–4 reels/day without any problem.

• Hungry to Grow:

  Loves feedback & learning.

• Understands Brand Feel:

  Premium > tacky.

• AI & Trend Aware:

  Knows what’s viral today.

• Team Player:

  No ego, yes to ownership.

What We’re NOT Looking For (Red Flags)

• “Just freelancers” who want quick gigs.
• Wedding/music-video editors only.
• Late deliveries or missed deadlines.
• Excuses > solutions.
• No sense of brand taste or storytelling.
  

Compensation & Growth

• Trial (15 Days):

  ₹10 000 – ₹15 000 stipend

• Full Time:

  ₹25 000 – ₹35 000 / month + performance bonus

Working Structure

6 Days / Week • Remote
