Key Responsibilities

• Lead our organic growth strategy on

  Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  .
• Plan, execute, and optimize

  content calendars

  for maximum reach.
• Work with video editors, designers, and copywriters to deliver viral content.
• Optimize

  YouTube titles, thumbnails, SEO, and retention strategies

  .
• Build and manage

  Facebook pages + communities

  for engagement.
• Grow

  Instagram Reels/Stories/Lives

  using trend-based content.
• Set up and manage

  email marketing campaigns + automations

  .
• Support webinar operations: scheduling, reminders, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Track, analyze, and report on

  organic KPIs

  (growth, engagement, conversions).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  organic growth roles

  (social media, community, growth marketing).
• Portfolio of

  accounts grown successfully

  (with numbers).
• Strong knowledge of

  YouTube SEO, Instagram Reels mechanics, Facebook community growth

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  email marketing tools

  (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Ability to manage and mentor a

  small team

  .
• Excellent communication in English + Hindi.
• Organized, disciplined, and hungry for results.
  

Compensation

• ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience) +

  performance bonuses
