We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Creative Lead) to lead our creative initiatives and manage a team of talented designers across still and motion graphics.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, located in Noida. The Senior Graphic Designer (Creative Lead) will drive the end-to-end design process for IKIO’s marketing and communication materials. This includes digital creatives, promotional videos, product flyers, catalogs, emailers, website graphics, and advertising campaigns. The role requires a creative leader with strong hands-on design and motion graphics skills who can both contribute individually and manage a team of designers.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision, technical design expertise, and the leadership skills to guide and mentor a team while ensuring all outputs meet the highest quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  creative design function

  across print, digital, and video.
• Design and oversee production of

  flyers, catalogs, product brochures, email campaigns, website creatives, and advertisements

  .
• Conceptualize and execute

  product videos, mini promotional videos, and video-based campaigns

  (advertainments, motion graphics, animations).
• Guide and mentor a team of

  graphic designers and motion graphics designers

  , ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Balance

Core Skills and Competencies

Design and Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong background in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms (web, email, social, advertising).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Ability to merge creativity with technical product accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to both still and motion graphics.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and video-based design projects.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, technology, or product-driven industries is highly preferred.
