We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can push boundaries, craft impactful visuals, and lead with design thinking.

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at SRV Media, you’ll be responsible for translating concepts into compelling visual stories. You’ll lead design execution across campaigns, manage cross-team creative projects, and mentor junior designers. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes design, has a strong eye for detail, and can balance creativity with functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for digital campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with strategy, performance, and content teams to deliver integrated campaign designs.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Experiment with visual trends, new design tools, and formats (motion graphics, reels, AR filters, etc.).
• Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and helping them grow.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
• Present design ideas to internal teams and clients with confidence.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with digital-first design (social media, performance ads, landing pages).
• Motion graphics and video-editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setup.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design thinking and execution.
