Position Overview

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Strategy

  • Develop and maintain

    brand identity guidelines

    ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
  • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to translate business needs into compelling creative concepts.

Design & Execution

  • Create high-quality assets for

    digital platforms

    (websites, social media, campaigns, UI/UX mockups) and

    offline media

    (brochures, events, corporate reports).
  • Deliver

    visual storytelling

    for pitch decks, investor presentations, internal communications, and customer proposals.
  • Design engaging infographics, illustrations, motion graphics, and video elements to support storytelling.
  • Ensure all creative work is optimized for different formats, geographies, and languages.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with

    marketing, product, HR, and operations

    to design assets that support recruitment, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
  • Partner with vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required, ensuring brand compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams to adapt campaigns to

    regional and cultural nuances

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on

    design trends, technologies, and tools

    to keep TruKKers creative assets modern and impactful.
  • Introduce innovative formats (AR/VR, 3D graphics, interactive visuals) where relevant to enhance engagement.

    design systems, templates, and asset libraries

    for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design

    , or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience

    , preferably in a high-growth or multi-country environment.
  • Strong expertise in

    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

    and design collaboration tools (Figma, Canva, Sketch).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing

    digital, print, and branding projects

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
