About The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a variety of engaging and on-brand graphics across amultitude of B2B and B2C eCommerce brands. These include landing pages, promotional banners, infographics,social, blog and email graphics, and more. You’ll need a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and a goodunderstanding of user flows and branding concepts. You will support the content, design, and marketingteams on these projects regularly, in addition to collaborating on branding exercises, creating wireframes andUX pieces for A/B testing purposes.

Job Responsibilities
- To work with our design team to formulate and pitch concepts to internal marketing and development
teams
- To develop, design and produce graphic art that supports a creative brief
- To meet tight deadlines & Ownership of projects assigned
- To understand consumer journey will be a plus
- Attend internal meetings to understand strategic goals and timelines
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day to day operations
- Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work
- To be available digitally for meetings and via telephone for one-on-one communications
- To be able to guide the team of designers and help them achieve quality creative output under given

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)
- Experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and
prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
- Can demonstrate experience with design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
- Can demonstrate design skills for creating visually compelling Emailers, web banners, high fidelity
product mockups, and other graphical elements
- Knowledge of design principles (typography, layout, imagery, color, creating efficiencies in visual
design workflows, etc.)
- Proven communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- A positive attitude towards team members.
- A portfolio of previous work must be presented.
Experience
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience
- Have experience with Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, XD, Indesign, Figma and Management tools such
as hive.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Have experience working in a fast-paced role in eCommerce, advertising, public relations, or in-house
agency preferred
Educational Certifications
Four-year Degree in a design, advertising, or communications related field
