Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to create compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Your role will involve developing UI/UX prototypes and designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products to ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms. In this position, you will closely interact with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements. You will design and manage marketing collateral across print and digital platforms, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-impact visual designs. Additionally, you will work with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) to create well-designed presentations and marketing documentation, ensuring responsive and optimized designs for web and mobile platforms. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on design trends and best practices in UI/UX to create engaging designs that drive user interaction. You will work collaboratively with the project team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high quality standard and attention to detail. Key skills required for this role include expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software, experience in marketing campaigns across print and digital media, proficiency in UI/UX design, and a strong understanding of design principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, is preferred, along with experience working in an advertising agency or design studio. Moreover, having a basic understanding of HTML/CSS, prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and the ability to work in a team as well as independently are key qualities for this role. Adapting to different work environments and having a diverse experience in UI/UX design, collateral marketing, and campaign execution are additional qualities that will be beneficial in this position. Educational qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed institution. Proven experience in designing marketing campaigns and creating visually impactful collateral for global brands is essential, along with experience in UI/UX design and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous work experience with reputed tech brands or prominent digital/advertising agencies is preferred for this role.,
