As a Creative Designer at Maritus Events & Wedding Planners, your role will involve bringing wedding visions to life through your innovative and artistic designs. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from event creatives to social media graphics, ensuring a consistent brand identity and luxury feel in every creation. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design stunning visual assets for weddings and events, including flex boards, backdrops, signages, and stage designs. - Create high-quality print designs for fabric-based dcor elements, banners, and event branding. - Design eye-catching graphics, invitations, digital posters, and promotional materials for social media and marketing campaigns. - Work closely with the event planning team to develop creative themes and design elements for weddings. - Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements, ensuring a luxury and elegant feel in every creation. - Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely execution of printed materials. - Stay updated with the latest wedding design trends, typography, and creative tools to enhance design quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in creative designing, preferably in event management, wedding planning, or advertising. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other design software. - Experience in flex designing, cloth printing, and large-format prints. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative event designs and digital artwork. - Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
