Job Summary:

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client expectations and ensure their needs are met at every stage of the planning process
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams (design, planning, sales)
• Provide timely updates, resolve concerns, and ensure consistent communication
• Handle changes or escalations with professionalism and problem-solving ability
• Ensure a high-quality, personalised client experience aligned with the Maritus brand
• Maintain accurate records of communication and feedback.
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention strategies

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management (wedding/event/hospitality industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and basic CRM tools
• Fluency in English, Malayalam & Hindi preferred.
