Senior Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Functional Expertise:

• Design and execute visually impactful creatives for marketing campaigns, product launches, and performance ads.
• Create static and motion assets (GIFs, short videos, animations) for web, in-app, and performance creatives.

Interaction:

• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers and brand manager to produce final design and launch projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative ideas and design perspectives clearly and effectively to all team members.

Problem Solving

• Take a lead on breaking established path in terms of visual capabilities and storytelling at BharatPe.
• Test graphics across various media and ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details with in-depth knowledge of design, typography,
• color, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery.
• A strong portfolio of related works showcasing the above-mentioned qualities.
• Proficiency in design softwares and programs (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• etc.)
• Excellent Communication and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines while working on team project.
• Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus
