Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years (editable)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
2nd & 4th Saturday: Work From Home
Mandatory: Must have own laptop in good working condition (compatible with graphic tools)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through innovative visuals. The ideal candidate should be excellent at conceptualizing designs, managing brand creatives, and delivering high-quality output across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, websites, branding, and campaigns
• Develop creative concepts, brand identities, layouts, and visual styles
• Lead design direction for monthly campaigns, reels, and marketing visuals
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to execute ideas
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
• Deliver high-quality graphics within deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and digital aesthetics
• Manage multiple design projects at once
• Provide creative input for campaigns, brainstorming sessions & shoots

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media designs, and creative campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CorelDRAW (as per your tools)
• Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to handle end-to-end design tasks independently
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Must have own laptop in good working condition that supports graphic tools
• Willing to work 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday WFH)
• Comfortable with Noida office location

Good to Have:

• Experience with video editing & motion graphics
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics
• Experience working in agencies or fast-paced environments
