Digital Marketing Manager (360°) Location: Mumbai, India · Department: Marketing · Employment Type: Full-time · Reports to: Head of Growth / CEO Role Summary We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead 360° growth across SEO, SEM, Social, Email, and Content. You will own the marketing strategy, manage a high-performing team, and partner with Sales & Creative to deliver measurable pipeline, revenue, and brand lift. Key Responsibilities 1) Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel digital strategies aligned to business goals and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, content creators, and designers. Own the marketing plan, calendar, budgets, and channel mix; prioritize high-ROI initiatives. Set, monitor, and report on KPIs/OKRs (traffic, leads, MQLs/SQLs, CAC, ROI), driving continuous improvement. 2) Client / Stakeholder Management Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts/internal stakeholders; translate goals into actionable digital roadmaps. Present strategies, experiments, and results clearly to executive and non-technical audiences. Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, insights, and consistent delivery. 3) Performance Marketing (SEM) Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Display. Own keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and creative/ad copy. Track and improve CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS; maintain rigorous budget pacing and QA. 4) SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical) Lead keyword strategy, content optimization, internal linking, and SERP feature targeting. Oversee technical SEO with devs (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema, crawl/index). Drive authority via digital PR/backlinks; maintain healthy rankings and organic share. 5) Social Media (Organic + Paid) Own the channel strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok (as relevant). Guide the content calendar, creative standards, and community engagement. Run paid social (audiences, creatives, budgeting), optimizing for reach, engagement, leads. 6) Content & Creative Direction Partner with designers/copywriters to produce high-impact ads, landing pages, videos, case studies, and blogs. Ensure brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints. Maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap for creatives and landing pages. 7) Analytics & Reporting Implement and maintain tracking via GA4, GTM, pixels, and offline conversions where applicable. Build dashboards (Looker Studio/Data Studio) and deliver insight-driven reports with clear next steps. Stay current with platform changes, tools, and best practices; upskill the team. KPIs / Success Metrics Pipeline & Revenue: MQLs/SQLs, Opportunity value influenced, ARR/MRR impact Efficiency: CAC, CPL/CPM/CPC, ROAS, blended MER Acquisition & Engagement: Organic traffic, rankings, CTR/CVR, time on page, bounce rate Social & Content: Followers/reach, engagement rate, video watch-through, content leads Operational Excellence: On-time campaign delivery, test velocity, data accuracy Required Qualifications 5–9+ years in digital marketing with proven ownership of multi-channel growth and budgets. Demonstrated team leadership (hiring, mentoring, performance management). Hands-on expertise in SEM (Search/Display/YouTube) and SEO (on/off/technical). Strong command of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and the ability to translate data into action. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. Nice-to-Have Certifications: Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot. Experience with B2B funnels, lead scoring, and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo/Mailchimp). Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar/Clarity, Optimizely/VWO), SEO suites (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and BI (Looker Studio, Power BI). Basic HTML/CSS or landing-page builders (Webflow/Unbounce).
