About The Role

Responsibilities

• Brand Stewardship: Own and evolve the visual identity system to ensure it aligns with company strategy and resonates with North American consumers and stakeholders
• Design Leadership: Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept through execution, across digital, print, events, packaging, and internal communications
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technology, HR, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across touchpoints
• Creative Development: Translate marketing strategies into compelling creative outputs — including campaign assets, landing pages, pitch decks, infographics, video assets, and social content
• Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, printers, and freelancers when needed
• Market Relevance: Ensure designs reflect trends, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences specific to the North American market
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in brand and graphic design, preferably in-house or at a creative agency
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and cross-platform executions
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, and motion tools (After Effects or similar a plus)
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for digital and print
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences in the North American market
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  

• Experience with brand development or rebranding initiatives
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
• Knowledge of North American consumer and brand trends
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
