Provate is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale modern, production-grade web applications for our digital health & pharmacy clients.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own features end-to-end from front-end user experiences to back-end services and cloud infrastructure. We’re looking for someone passionate about creating reliable, secure, and scalable systems, while also contributing to a strong developer experience.

Our Tech Stack

Frontend: React, Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR), Ant Design (AntD), React Query/TanStack Query, Zustand/Redux Toolkit

Backend: NestJS (TypeScript), REST (GraphQL optional), Swagger/OpenAPI, class-validator, interceptors/guards

Database: PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora), TypeORM/Prisma, schema migrations, query optimization (indexes, partitioning)

Cloud & DevOps (AWS): App Runner, EKS (Kubernetes), Cognito (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), SES, ECR, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, IAM

Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

CI/CD, Observability & Automation: Modern pipelines, monitoring, logging, caching, messaging

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and ship production features across Next.js + AntD frontends and NestJS services
Model data and implement optimized queries in Aurora PostgreSQL, own schema design and migrations
Implement secure authentication & authorization flows with AWS Cognito
Containerize services with Docker and deploy to App Runner and/or EKS
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable infrastructure delivery
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure application health
Integrate AWS SES for transactional emails (templating, DKIM/SPF, bounce/complaint handling)
Contribute to team success through documentation, code reviews, mentoring, and DevEx improvements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building production web applications with TypeScript (React/Next.js + Node/NestJS)
Strong SQL expertise with PostgreSQL (schemas, EXPLAIN, query optimization, connection pooling)
Hands-on AWS experience: Cognito, SES, S3, CloudFront, and one of EKS or App Runner
Proficiency with Docker and working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, autoscaling)
Comfort with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CDK)
Security-first mindset: OWASP practices, secret management, least-privilege IAM
Strong product sense, and proven track record of shipping impactful features.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with onshore development teams
Healthcare industry experience is a plus and will be given preference.
